how can I withdraw 1000 dollars from my bank account during weekend?

I am going to meet a guy locally to purchase a laptop. But bank atm machine i believe the daily limit is 300 dollars. what can i do ? help thanks.

Banks are usually open until 1pm around here on Saturdays, which of course means you are too late

Switch banks to one that's open on Saturdays.

Call your bank and ask them what your POS/debit card limit is?

You could go to Albertsons/Safeway/Walmart buy a stick of gum and take out $1000 cash (depending on your limit).

Most banks have an ATM transaction limit of $300 to $500 per day. The daily limit at my credit union is $350/day. This is to prevent you from being cleaned out in one fell swoop if someone gets your card and PIN. Good luck trying to get a grand over the weekend.

I'm unaware of a bank in birmingham open on saturdays past 1pm. Utterly atrocious.

Anyway, a guy I know needed a bunch of money on the weekend once and just wrote checks to all his friends and had them cash out on their ATMs.

anyway, you can easily get around this issue by making a deposit of $100 or something. Go to www.carbuyingtips.com and they have some contracts there and you could copy the deposit one for cars and change it to a laptop This is exactly what the last guy who bought my car did, because he was too late on Saturday to get any money from an ATM.

I'm sure the employees of the banking institutions appreciate that though. Myself, I'm aware that my credit union is only open until noon on Saturdays. I plan ahead to circumvent any adversity their weekend hours might otherwise cause.

Bankers don't work anyway. Their hours are like 8:30 3:30 and they get about four days off a month with stupid ass holidays!

call your bank ask to do one time up your spending limit and go to any bank present your card and ask for cash advance, i withdraw $4000 from wachovia in NC and was not charged any fees at all, my bank is the best

Interac is usually 5X your withdrawal limit. Some places allow you to withdaw money through Interac.
